Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello,

Needing a lawyer to remove a Restraining order. An order was put in place by Judge Allesandroni about 3 years ago. I haven't been in Florida for 8 years. The plaintiff is a guidance councilor at port charlotte high school. Allesandroni was the sailing coach there. he was the mock trial judge there & gave all the lectures on all related subjects at that same school. The plantiff was over paid $6006.00 child support and i was trying to collect this over payment via mail and I also filed court papers twice. Plantiff got her friend allesandroni to issue a restraining order with "bogas" charge of domestic violence without evidence, witness and without me being in Florida for years.

During court (via phone) Allesandroni ignored my questions as to his friendship to the plaintiff. I am a business man in Dillon, SC and have no criminal record but I do carry large amounts of money and I carry a gun. It has been brought to my attention that I am not permitted to carry a gun because of this Bogus Florida Order. I personally don't think a Florida Order denying my rights would be honored by South Carolina..I would like that order removed as I haven't been in Florida since 2005 when I was in court there to have my child support order removed and asked the court for return of my $6006 over payment. (which is why the plaintiff ask her friend Allesandroni for the order.
