Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi,

I have a neice who isn't mentally stable. And she has cut off all contact with her family. She has 3 children and they are being held back form seeing any of us. I am an Aunt and I am very concerned. SHe has 2 friends living there and they come to the door and tell you that you cannot come in. I fear that something is NOT right. Can you help?
