My nephew came to live with me in Orlando. My father who lives in Miami was granted custody there. I want to file for guardianship of my nephew. Do I file in Orlando or Miami where custody was granted?

Since custody was granted in Miami Dade County that proceeding would need to be transferred to Orlando and modified for guardianship. Retain a good family court lawyer.
