Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have had my niece for 5 1/2 months and she has improved in areas of her life for the first time she made honor roll the teachers say she a differnt kid my sister went out of state to be with her boy friend and left her behind bc her bf did not have kids and she used the money from tax refund to get there and knew she would not be able to provide for him as she did not even have a place to stay when she got there she lived in motels my neice does not want to live with her and her father has never been in the picture we recently found out that my sister and bf broke up and she was broke and comming home my niece said please don't let her take me cuz she's mean to me and I have to do everything and when she gets mad she hits me and I like it here I'm. Happy What do I do?

You lack legal standing to fight the parents however you could try to petition for guardianship or you can get Department of Children and Families involved.
