Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Non Custodial parent and child communication

Is there any thing that I can charge my childrens step-mother for not allowing me to see and talk to the kids. The children live with her and my ex. Also my ex.

There is nothing you can charge her with (criminally) unless stupidy is a felony! Depending on whether this is a divorce or custody or dependency, you can take your ex back to court and the judge will tell him to clean up his act. The step-mother is not a party to any of this, so she should butt out.
