Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Non Custodial Parent Refusal To Adhere To Payment Rules Per Our Divorce Papers

My ex-husband refuses to pay half of the dental expences that are not covered by my insurance for our son. It clearly states that he has to do this in the papers.. I paid the whole amt. for the 1st visit and got a printout of the needed work that has to be done with the amts. due after ins. pay. He refuses to pay me half of the 1st visit and half of the dental work that our son needs per the dentist. I live in FL and my ex lives in TN we were divorced in TN. What LEGAL way do I go about this to get him to pay what he is required to do so?

You will need to petition the court to enforce the Tennessee order. I am available to consult with you on this case.
