Non payment Child Support

Ex husband has arrearage of over $36k and has stopped paying monthly. I live in FL. He's a fisherman in Pacific NW and Alaska. He does not have an address.I want to file a contempt order. 1)can I file a contempt order by myself?myself? 2)Do the papers have to be served to him in person or can his mother recieved it on his behalf?

You can do it yourself - do you know Alaska law, or the provisions of the UCCJEA?

I don't know Alaska law either, and that's the point. You need to hire a lawyer in Alaska, or in the state in which his boat is homeported, to help you.
