Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
non primary rights
I would like to know what the primary parent is intitled to that the non primary parent is not. I have an x that thinks because he is the primary that I have no say so and that the children have to come over to my house to spend the night. I thought having a primary parent is to know the primary address for the children and what school they go to, every thing else should be 50/50.

Re: non primary rights
The "primary parent" (we don't use the term anymore because it leads to confusion like it has in your case) usually has the right to child support. That's it. Otherwise, you're right. Everything else is supposed to be 50/50.
On the other hand, the children SHOULD be coming over to your house to spend the night, at least on your visitation nights.
