Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am non-custodial father. The mother and her boyfriend do not answer my phone calls so i can speak to my daughter. When i do finally get through, they say she's sleeping or allow me less than a minute before the boyfriend hangs up on me. Lately i have been told that the mother will not give me her new cell phone number and they claim the house phone isn't working at all. The boyfriend does his best to interfere with my relationship with my daughter and i need to reopen my case so i can have this issue brought before the judge. What document(s) are necessary? A motion for contempt? a complaint? I am pro se and could use some help and advice. Thank you.

When dealing children, you really need to seek the help of an attorney. However, you have several options: Ask for modification of visitation, or file for motion for contempt; or both.
