notice of child support action
i got a letter from child support enforcement today.my question is we havn't even gone infront of any judge or any thing and we have 2 kids.i have one of the kids living with me.i am also not able to work due to a work injury that i amgoing thru a lawsuit over and i havn't been able to work for 18 months.what and how do i go about getting this reviewd or totaly droped?

You did not mention what the letter said? If it sets a hrg for you to go to before the hearing officer or whatever, you will be able to explain your situation. If not, contact DOR and ask for a hrg. If you have an attorney helping you, fill him in. Would be best to be represented.
