Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a ny state pension. Im getting divorced. Without my written consent the ny pension system will not award any of my benefit to her. However if her attorney were to physically go to ny pettion a state supreme court justice to issue a supeona on the pension system she could. This is very expensive and she can not afford it. If I were to leave the country can a judge freeze my bank account ?
