Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
obtain ex's return
In my divorce (2007), my ex husband was ordered to pay me money. Since he didn't have the money at the time of divorce they ordered him to give me his tax returns until paid in full. Last year he didn't give me any money at all and I seriously doubt that he will give me any when he gets it this year. Is there a way that I can get his tax return money directly to me or directly into my bank account?

Yes, you can have a lien placed against his tax refund. You can also move to have him found in contempt of court for not honoring the court's order. You would have to go back to court for either.
