hello, if i obtain full custody , can i move anywhere i want in the US?

at the moment we are 50/50 legal guardian

Florida has never had "full custody". Florida only has Shared Parental Responsibility, Joint Custody and Sole Custody. If you are considering Sole Custody that is the most arrangement to get awarded by a Judge. You definitely need an attorney to attempt that, you will probably need an expert witness and probably a Guardian Ad Litum appointed for the child.
