Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If an officer attempts to serve court documents at your school, does he walk into the class room while class is in session or does he contact faculty members? How does this work if an officer attempts to serve you at school?

there is probably a protocol that the school uses. I suggest you speak with them.

I have not heard of any law on point. Officer has discretion.
