Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently have an ongoing custody case in Volusia County Florida. I live in KY, but my ex still resides in FL, hence jurisdiction is there. The case has been ongoing since 2003. I was awarded primary parental responsibility, and he secondary, with VERY liberal visitation. I have been to court several times for frivolous motions that he continues to file. He continues to defy the court order re. visitation, transportation, child support, etc. and I filed motions to address these issues last year and went to court, but the new judge appointed to our case seemed to "favor" him and proceeded to deny my motions, which were ANYTHING but unreasonable. He continues to take advantage and there doesn't seem to be any help. I am actually on my 2nd attorney, as I didn't seem to get any results with the 1st. My question is pretty basic: How often do family court judges rotate in Volusia County?? Currently, we are on our 3rd judge since the beginning of the case in 2003. We are appointed a different judge every 2 years or so. However, we have had our current judge since 12/2007, and still do. I am wanting to file for some ammendments to our order, but want to wait for a new judge, as I would like to have a fair judgement and haven't been able to get one with this judge. When can I expect a new judge for our case???? Thanks so much.

You can call the clerk, but there really is not a good way of finding out.
