Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I've had an open case w/ DVD support enforcement since 2005 but without closing my case and without my knowledge opened a case w ncp sewing me for support even when they where notified,acknowledged,and verified that minor child lived with me causing my accounts to be levied, monies taken (thousands of dollars) suspended license ,cause somebody in the dept. dropped the ball w/ ncp taking money not reporting my didn't live with him ...Don't know what to do the put me in the poor house and no one will listen....help

Hire a lawyer to help sort this out.
That agency has the power of the Nazi Gestapo. There is generally no relief from .a Judge, you can complain to your state representative (not Federal) but you will generally receive a nice letter suitable for framing saying nothing and helping even less. A private attorney may help but if the money taken was dispersed it is generally forever gone.
