Can Opposing Councel Demand Refund
Can Opposing Councel Demand Money prepaid money from My Doctor, for my ongoing medical treatment and request it sent to her Account without any notification,motion or order to either I or my attorney?
Geeze.. these Florida Attorneys can be reel dogs to the stay at home moms. Pending divorce prior to any hearings

No, without notification, a motion, or an order from the Court. Of course, an opposing attorney can DEMAND anything, but it does not necessarily mean they get it!
By the way, what does your counsel have to say?
