Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What do I need to do in order to take my son back to England from the US on a permanent basis? My soon to be ex wife is in agreement that he should go with me, however I need to know what to do to ensure I have no problems. Is a notarized written agreement suffice? We are going through divorce proceedings but I wish to leave before the divorce is finalised.
