The parties' comparative financial situations should have been brought before the Court during the hearing. It's a little late to be bringing up the "facts" now that an Order has already been entered.

The Order should state what type of alimony it is, and whether it is temporary, or permanent. If it is temporary, or durational, then the Order should state the duration of the obligation.

If you have an attorney, then you should confer with him/her as to your alimony obligation.
