Enforce the Order in OH, FL has no jurisdiction
If your child is now over the age for payment of child support and you are now paying for the arrearage - then ask for a hearing. Usually when Florida comes after you they have a hearing that you attend, I suggest you go. Explain your situation to the court. If you are unable to pay the amount per month listed as arrearage - have them reduce it to a manageable figure. As to the visitation of your child - its a little late to ask for visitation when the child is no longer considered a minor.
