When there is an outstanding warrant for the non custodial parent for child support in the state of florida and the custodial parent has located him (in florida) , what does the custodial paren get the sheriff to pick him up?

Call the sheriff and tell him where the person is. Have them pull the warrant. These are not high priority so you have to push.
