Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Owners of home
If my parents own my house , but I am on the title, would the courts give my girlfriend my parents home even though they hold the mortgage. Or would they make me leave and let her stay there with my children and have pay for it? Do my parents have any rights as the owners of the home?

This is far more complicated of an issue than can be answered in a paragraph or two. First, it seems as if you are involved in a child custody or child support battle upon the breakup of a relationship of two unmarried person - none of which you mentioned. There are financial issues to be discussed. Second, while you have resided in the property and may have some ownership interest by virtue of being on title, you claim your parents own the property.
You need to meet with an attorney. Bring all pertinent information including a copy of the deed with you so that the attorney can review the entire situation and provide competent legal advice as to your rights and legal responsibilities.
