Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

On my own.

The judge granted my request to Subpoena my husband's bank records.

I fill out the Subpoenas and file them with the courts and mail to his lawyer. But can I hand deliver them to the banks and wait for the copies that I requested? On my own.

You could but I would doubt that they would have the documents you need ready to disburse.
