Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

only papers that have been filed are my answer to his petition and the request to produce. He has the children now because he filed while the children were their for a visit so now legally i cant remove the children from the state until we go to court. I am unable to afford a lawyer and since i live in VA and the case is being handled in FL i am unable to get legal aid. is there any form that i can file with the court so i can visit my children because my ex wont let me visit and rarely allows me to speak to the children. Since september i have only seen my children for 40 minutes because my ex wont allow me to see them. I just want my right as their mother to visit my children.

Not having read your documents - you should look to see what the parenting plan is. I suggest you file for Modification of Visitation so that you can see your children on a more regular basis or file a Petition for Custody, Child Support and visitaiton for him.
