Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Papers were filed in Florida 11yrs ago both agreed on paperwork. My son moved out of Florida to be with his father 3yrs ago under condition child was provided for,safe and wanted too stay. I Only had a paper notirized under that condition.Didnt change any legal paperwork. Do I need Legal paper to bring him back? His living conditions have changed
