Parent Dies

Hello, My mother died 4 months ago, she had a credit card under her name under a joint bank account. Am I responsible for her debt?

Normally, the answer would be no. You said something that might change the answer, however. If this credit card was secured by a joint bank account, then the account may be liable for the debt. If the mention of a joint bank account was in error, then you will have no liability.
