Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

As a parent, are we liable for any lawsuits that may incur due to a child who is 18 yrs old, but does not have a diploma yet? Are we liable until the child is 18 with a diploma, or 19 without a diploma?

As a general rule, you are liable for children under 18, but not over. The diploma is irrelevant.
