Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

what is the right of a parent that does not live with there child,but give financial support monthly.Also what can that parent if the other parent break a verbal aggreement of visition.

IF you have established paternity then I suggest you file a Petition for visitation and get a schedule in place. Then if the other parent does not allow for visits you can then bring contempt/enforcement against that parent. If you have not established your paternity rights, then I suggest you do that first along with visitation rights.
