Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Parent not paying child's medical per the order. Now the amount due is supposed to get added to the arrears. It appears the parent is not going to pay anything voluntarily.

How long do we have to do this before I can convince the court that its better to modify the order and add medical to the monthly child support amount due? It seems like a waste of the court's time to keep going back to add unpaid medical to the arrears.
