Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If a parent starts to send communication via email to another parent. However, it is an unhealthy relationship. Is the recipient of the email required to respond? They share parental responsibility but it is a very toxic relationship.

There is never a requirement to respond to email, but maybe you could send an email saying, \"Please keep your emails to brief, important discussions about the kids only, otherwise I will not respond.\"
