Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
parentage
Bio-dad signed AOP & is on birth certificate. Court ordered DNA test at his request.
Court says ex-husband dad - no way since he's had surgery to ensure he never became a dad.
Only concern is that bio-dad will find a way to alter results of DNA test. I think he would do anything to get out of paying support.
If the results are not 95% certain, what are my options? I can have ex-husband tested, and if test comes in with zero chance he's the dad then what?

Re: parentage
DNA test results are more than 99.9% certain, and the results can't be faked. You'll know who the dad is.
