child blame father for braking family apart
father is active with child and never failed to pay child support
child was driving speed limit and not impaired
comming from work at about 10.00 Pm
Child car was broadsided by luxury vehicle driven by a
professional Nascar driver-(child killed in crash)
Professional driver was driving at a very high speed
and ran a red light at an intersection and plowed into child car
professional nascar driver blood and alcohol level was highr than
legal limits. Professional Nascar driver a known alcoholic drunk
heavily at Hooters he left there at 9:45. witness stated that the
bartenders served 3 pitchers of beer and 6 shots of tequila-
Unaware if he was alone or with company-he was never refused a
drink. The car the professional driver was driving belongs to his
wife. Wife knows he has a poor credit history and could not ever
purchase a car on his own. Can the child father sue to recover loss
of his son even though he was not the residential or custodial
parent.
