She wants to keep the baby and I do not. My question is what is my responsibility to the baby? Can I sign over my parental rights to the mother and the state? I don't want to be in this childs life at all and I want to know what amout of money I would be responsible for since I already have 3 other children.?

Re: parental responsibility
You cannot sign over your rights to the mother and the state, though you may be able to sign over your rights to a new father if the baby's mother gets married. You will be responsible for paying child support on the new baby, and you will get some credit for the child support you will be paying for the three kids from your marriage.
