parental rights

do i have leagle rights no being the biological father , iam named as the father on the birth documents and have been supporting my dauther even before birth

If you were married to the mother at the time of birth, you are considered the "legal father'. tHE NAME ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND THE SUPPORT PAYMENTScan help toward establishing your claim, but if there is a biological father who is identifiable, then he can establish paternity and that can cause problems. If he is not interested, get him to sign off.
