Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I already have a parenting plan established. My ex-wife leaves our two chidren with her mother the majority of the time she is assigned. Is there anything that I can do to get them during those times she is away from home?

File a modification of visitation and spell out that you would like to have the children in the event that she is unavailable to keep them.
