Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My parents "suggested" that they adopt my daughter because of Insurance purposes. Finally, after a year of pondering & knowing that neither I or her father would have no say so in her life what so ever, she was adopted. My dad says she wants to sign her back over to us, but my mom says "thats not possible because she's not ready to let me go let alone HER baby. People tell me if I leave to the store with her and am gone too long, she can call the cops on me and have me sent to prison for kidnapping. I care for this child, pay for everything she needs & act like this adoption didnt even happen. Now that I can put her on my insurance from my work, I want her back. What steps can I take to adopt her back? Do I need both of their signatures to get her back in my name? If so, what if there is a fight with my mother? Please help me

Your situation as described appears to be complicated because of the parental-child conflicts over three generations. All your legal objectives may be accomplished if both biological parents and grandparents agree to the reversal of the adoption. Any conflict or opposition will seriously affect the legal process, time, and cost required. If both your parents are the adoptive parents of your child, both your parents must agree to transfer parental rights back to you. Otherwise, you are advised to discuss the situation and legal options with a family lawyer.
