Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My parents are unfit to take care of me. I live in Missouri,but they sent me to live with my step dads sister in Florida. She smokes marijuana around me. I want to legally emancipate myself. She has temporary custody over me. Do i petition for emancipation in Florida or Missouri?
