can a third party come to a mediation in florida to help my case when the other party has a attorney at the mediation

It depends. The confidentiality of these mediations will not bound the third party to keep from disclosing information. It will be up to the other attorney as to whether a third party will be allowed in the mediation. YOu will probably be in separate rooms and only your part will not be confidential.
