Pass ports and child support arrears
I have been paying payroll deduction for 15 years on child support arears. The children are in thier 30's but I am still paying. Now I can not get a pass port becuase of the arrears. Can I get a waiver or something? Can I get an attorney?

I definitely would have a local attorney in your county look into it. Passports are controlled by the feds, but are issued through the County Clerk's office. I would ask the clerk at the passport desk what its authority is. Not in a sarcastic manner, but truly to get the quote or the citation to the authority they rely on.
