Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am trying to get passports for my family for a vacation to Italy next year. Since I don't really know the whereabouts of the father of my kids the clerk said I need proof that I have sole custody. Both of my kids are on a child support order, but only one is on a shared custody order. What should I do?

You need to get an Order from the court allowing you to take the children to Italy and for the court to allow the issuance of passports. I suggest you get an attorney.

If the father will not sign consent to the passports then you will need to get a court order.
