Do paternal grandparents have any rights as far as visitation with their grandchild after their son and daughter-in-law get divorced????

IN the State of Florida, there are no grandparent rights. I suggest you remain on good terms with your ex daughter in law as it will be up to her if you are allowed any additional visitation other than when your son has the child.
