Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a paternity case open still, I have full custody of my daughter and the judge order me to......The Mother shall list the father with the pediatrician of the minor child. The father shall have access to the minor child doctor. The mother should advice the father of any doctors appointment of the minor child.

Can the father use the above order to reques the pediatrician copy of the minor medical records?

Absolutely. Both parents are entitled to access to all of the child's medical records and school records.

You stated that the Judge ordered this - I suggest you follow the Order otherwise you will be in contempt of court if he files for contempt for not complying with the Order.
