Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

paternity

paternity was established by default several years ago. i have never received notice of any dna testing and i would like to contest paternity and get testing. my checks are being garnished and tax refunds withheld. where do i start??? who do i contact to have the child tested since i have no contact with the mother of the child? how do i ensure the state of florida will do the testing?
