Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Paternity Fraud (She lied) I paid (Child is now 18)

I recently recieved the results of a paternity test and it was negative. I have spoke to legal aid,but the attorneys seem not to believe the case is one that can be won. One attorney said it would be a challenge. I can prove the mother lied to intentionally decieve. I have a affadavit from the State Attorneys office saying she didn't have intercourse with any other man. My goal to to get a judgement and later a garnishment of wages. The child turned 18 in Feb. I have done all the research and I have documentation. I need help putting the civil claim in the proper (forms) format. Please help.
