Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Paternity

I overheard what may have been a conversation in which my husband was served paternity papers. Without going into detail, he of course, denies this. I want to know if there is a way I can go to the courts or any place open tot he public where I can find out if my husband is named in a paternity case.

If you know the County you can access the clerks files on the internet.

Re: Paternity

check with the clerk of court for the county, many counties have their own website. you can type in your husband's name and it will give you all lawsuits he is involved in. it may not be a bad idea to hire a private investigator to check out things for you, especially if you think your husband would deny this type of information, no telling what he might be up to or what he has done in his past.
