Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Paternity Question: I obtained copy of my birth certificate, listed Father Not Listed. My father now deceased. Contacted SC Vital Records, Columbia SC. Clerk stated would need to contact Family Law Attorney for assistance on how to add father to birth certificate now deceased. They did research marriage and found marriage certificate for my mother and father. Can this be obtained.

You have to file a probate case for your deceased father.
