Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Paternity Test?

What is Florida state law if a father was never informed that he had a daughter and at 14 years old the mother wants child support. Would the court award that even though the mother always knew who the father was and never told him. What would the courts do? Could the mother be awarded nothing because she purposely kept this information away from the father?

Re: Paternity Test?

The mother would probably get awarded something. She can ask for support up to 2 years back.
