paternity test limatations
my husband singed the birth certificate and was ordered to pay childsupport. there was never a dna test done. we would like to know if there is a sertin amount of time you have to do a dna test after you start paying support? his ex wont even let him see the child who is now 2.

If he was ordered to pay child support by a Florida court, then it was also "ordered" that he was the legal father. He probably can't undo the order, but it has been known to happen, especially if the order is less than a year old. He should speak to a lawyer about having the order set aside so that he can have the DNA test. He should also ask the lawyer about filing a lawsuit for court-ordered visitation.
