Child support and visitation are unrelated. If you have court-ordered visitation, file a motion for contempt.

If you don't have court-ordered visitation, there are different ways to obtain it, depending on whether you were married to the mother or whether you have been adjudicated the father. You need to see a lawyer if you don't have court-ordered visitation.
