If I pay child support can I claim my Chile on my taxes

The IRS has specific rules as to when a parent can claim a child if the child tax deduction was not determined in the Final Judgment. You should review IRS Publication 17.

If the judgment says so then yes, otherwise if it is silent on the issue then the general rule is that the custodial parent gets to claim the child
